Nutritional wellness focuses on improving health through incorporating a balanced diet into your daily life. This guide will help you find resources on a variety of topics related to nutritional wellness including eating properly, understanding package labeling and ingredient lists, food safety, managing eating disorders and addressing special dietary concerns.

Provides authoritative information on medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, health care, pre-clinical sciences, and much more. MEDLINE is a creation of the National Library of Medicine.

These materials are available through the Upper Arlington Public Library. The following books and magazines can be found in the Reference Department of the Main (Tremont) Library, while e-books can be be accessed anywhere with an internet connection and your UA Library card number and PIN.
